Accessibility statement

We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a continuing objective, not a claim that every page, interaction, or assistive-technology combination is fully conformant. We review accessibility as the website changes and address barriers that we identify or that visitors report.

Current accessibility measures include:

• A skip link, semantic page landmarks, structured headings, and keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs.
• Visible focus indicators, explicit form labels, associated error messages, and status updates for form submissions.
• Responsive layouts intended to preserve content and controls across desktop and mobile viewport sizes.
• Support for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference, plus a “Pause automatic motion” control that stops automatic and scroll-linked decorative movement.
• Optional stronger contrast, reduced transparency, underlined text links, and enhanced keyboard-focus indicators.

The Accessibility preferences control is available from the floating accessibility button and the site footer. Preferences are stored only in the browser on the device where they are selected. Device-level reduced-motion settings continue to take priority over website motion settings.

The website is built with standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and is intended to work with current major browsers and platform accessibility features. We use automated code checks together with keyboard, responsive-layout, and browser review during development. These methods reduce barriers but cannot guarantee identical behavior across every browser, device, or assistive-technology combination.

Some parts of the website use layered illustrations, animated route diagrams, and scroll-linked visual transitions. These visuals support the page narrative, while the corresponding service information remains available as text. Visitors can pause the motion through Accessibility preferences or their device settings.

Websites or services reached through external links are controlled by their respective providers and may not offer the same accessibility features. This statement does not assert independently audited or certified conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
